Would you rather have one large unit or two small units?
Newbie question here!
If everything was equal, would you rather have one large unit or two small units?
For instance, would you rather to have two units each 1 bed and 1 bath, or one unit with 2 bed and 2 bath?
Which is more profitable? Which is easier to rent or deal with? Any pros and cons?
