Hello !

My partner and I are considering buying a triplex in Auburndale FL.

I was wondering if any of you know the area, and can tell me anything specific about Auburndale. The price is $55k.

We know its about 1 hour from Orlando, (which I know) and about 45 mins from Tampa.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Barbara Mandujano what are the stats on the house besides price?.... market rents, tenant or LL paid expenses, etc.
