As a hard money lender, I will tell you that no hard money lender I know, including myself will let you 100%, since that is a huge liability for us. My advice to you is start as wholesaler, get the propreties under contract, gather enough cash from the wholesale deals, so you can get at least 20% down for the down payment of a property

We all started somewhere, and I am pretty sure that when we all started we had a lot of questions. I don't find the point of people being rude. If you have nothing good to say, might as well not say anything at all.

@Adam Roberts tenants pay the utilities. Market Rents are around $550-600 per unit (depending on how many bedrooms). Property taxes $1700 yearly.

My partner and I are considering buying a triplex in Auburndale FL.

I was wondering if any of you know the area, and can tell me anything specific about Auburndale. The price is $55k.

We know its about 1 hour from Orlando, (which I know) and about 45 mins from Tampa.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
