I saw 2 of those lots being auction at the trustee sale last April for the HOA liens. Someone paid 300k for all of the 3 lots. The HOA is $700 per month. Beautiful community with million dollar homes. Some dam dam realtor had a free and clear selling for $550k a piece..

Now the IRS is auctioning it as well so it is getting double auction.. Who will be the owner??? The IRS or the HOA???? LOL

Take a look..
