Turning leads into clients
Hello Everyone, I am a new agent Massachusetts and just finished reading David Greene's book "Sold." I was wondering if there were any other agents who could give me some tips on how to convert leads into clients. I remember David talking about giving your leads, whether a buyer or seller, a presentation on what you can offer them to help and I was wondering what exactly should you include in that presentation. Anything helps. Thank you
