Which to buy and hold/rent????
I'm looking for opinions on buying some rentals. Please give me your opinion on which you like better and why or why not. I'm very handy and have built by own house. I will be looking for properties that need rehabing/tlc in order to get a better price, then rehab and rent. Thanks Hugo.

It's all about you end game if your wanting to generate more steady cash flow without having to hurry onto the next rehab. Rentals can be great in that aspect.
The upper homes rent for more but seem to have more vacancies and usually only rent for year or two.
Middle. Homes rent for middle which makes solid income and have likely hood of screened right to stick around for 3-5 years.
Lower I don't have much experience here as I try to get homes that rent for 1100 plus. Which seems to be the middle here in houston.
