Buying a house in another state
I am looking at buying a house when I return to Nebraska. I have bought homes before, but only when I was in the area. I am wondering if it is possible through a realtor to buy a house while still in another state? Reason I ask is that I won't have that much time off work to go through the process of travel and then buying a home. Any idea's?
