Join facebook groups for real estate investing for Raleigh, wholesalers post all the time "Building my cash buyers list, drop your email below."   Put your email in the comments (Not your main email, an email just set up for RE investing)  and you'll get added to lots of lists as other wholesalers will scrub the comments.   Local RE meetups, attend and see what wholesalers are sponsoring, talk with other investors and see who sends them off market properties.    Ask Realtors, they get added to wholesalers list without signing up for them all the time.
