Issues Finding Information On Abandoned Property

Hi all,

I was just wondering if I could get some insight into an issue I've run into trying to find the present owners of an abandoned property.  Address does not turn up in a property search and one page lists the business that was there quite some time ago.  Someone from the assessor's office sent me information concerning lot numbers which I have no idea how to read.  Anyway I was wondering what my possible next steps should be?  Thank you!
