Hello BP community, 
I am buying my first mom and pop's self storage and mobile park and I'm looking for some information about to switching hands, insurance, tenant contracts, etc.
If there's a good podcast on this matter or any information one can share. 
And are there any recommendation for a self storage mobile park apps?
