Hello BP community! I hope this finds each of you doing well, I'm a newbie in the space looking to get my feet wet anyway I can into the real estate market and I recently started to do research in affordable housing, my question is have any of you ever done successful flips on mobile homes? And is it a profitable business? And if so, are there any courses/books you would you recommend? Thank you all in advance!

Hello biggerpockets community! My name is Lee, I’m a new investor looking to get my feet wet in real estate anyway I can, so please be patient with me. What are your thoughts on rehabbing semi-decent mobiles and flipping/renting them for a profit? Are they even worth the investment?
