Opportunities in Kentucky

I have been looking for parks over the last few months particularly in the midwest due to the prices and mainly because of the better landlord/tenant laws. I live in California which most of you know is not the best for either of those. I have family currently moving to Lexington Kentucky so I would love to buy some parks over there, considering I would have a place to stay when visiting. I'm just looking for any good info on the area as well as if you guys and gals know of any good brokers that serve that region. Any help will be much appreciated.

Lexington is the second largest city in Kentucky, with the top 5 being: 1) Louisville 2) Lexington 3) Bowling Green 4) Owensboro and 5) Covington. The stats there are good, with a metro population of over 500,000 and a SF home cost of around $180,000. We own parks in Kentucky and have had no problems in filling vacant lots and homes.

Virtually any U.S. mobile home park broker covers the Kentucky area, but I would focus on the groups that have the most park listings such as Marcus and Millichap and Sunstone. You can get a complete list of mobile home park brokers off of Mobilehomeparkstore.
