Mobile homes as single family rentals
Do mobile home bought individually make good rental properties. In theory they make sense seeing that you can get them fairly cheap in good shape but do they actually cause mostly headaches with the type of tenants they tend to attract

Speak to park managers and ask them. You should easily be able to find them on Google Maps
