I was wondering where everyone gets their wholesale contracts?

@Bill S. Thank you!! That's super helpful.

@Luke Reninger thanks for the information thats why I was looking at them. The market for houses in Colorado is outrageous so it makes it so hard to get a decent deal especially for a first timer like me. I’m not going to jump in bed with a fixer upper at 180k thats just to much risk if it goes wrong with out any experience.

@Hai Loc how should I go about talking with a lot owner to see if they have something like this?

@Rachel H. Im pretty comfortable in just about anywhere my concern was more worried about finding quality tenants that are on time with rent. After a little research i see most of the parks in my area are pretty nice 55+ communities.

@Omar C. how would you recommend someone finding abandoned homes that a lot owner needs to off load quickly so they can collect lot rent? I’ve hear that often times lot owners have homes left behind and will give them away in order to start collecting lot rent again.

@Hai Loc being that you own a lot how would you recommend someone finding abandoned homes that a lot owner needs to off load quickly so they can collect lot rent? I’ve hear that often times lot owners have homes left behind and will give them away in order to start collecting lot rent again.

Do mobile home bought individually make good rental properties. In theory they make sense seeing that you can get them fairly cheap in good shape but do they actually cause mostly headaches with the type of tenants they tend to attract
