Hello there BP I'm a mobile investor and wondering if it is possible to BRRRR with a mobile home. What I am really wondering is if you would get the same tax benefits after living in it for 2 years. Meaning no capitol gains tax on the profit of course. Thanks so much in advance .

BRRRR refers to a buy and hold strategy and capital gains tax is experienced when you sell a property. Can you describe what your strategy is in more detail? Those two terms seem mutually exclusive in this context.
