Lonnie Deals in AZ

Is there anyone currently doing 'Lonnie deals' in Arizona?

I could really use some help in determining market values. I've been looking on various MH websites & craigslist and the prices tend to be all over the place.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

Market value for mobile homes is very specific to the park it is in. It is not very wise to use comps from different parks. MLS access can give you good historical data on homes that were listed and sold in the park. Here in SoCal, there is a company that will comp out mobiles for us for a small flat rate fee. You might want to ask around and see if there is a similar company out your way. I would check with insurance companies and mobile home lenders and ask how they determine values.
