Tenant Proofing Mobile Homes

Quick tip to those getting started in long term mobile home deals.  I have found that one of the things that does not last very long is the skirting around a MH so decided to get thick sheet metal instead of the thin vinyl. I also only use VPF though out to help minimize long term flooring damage and help with quick turnover.  Happy Investing!!

I use white metal roofing for all my skirting when I flip mobiles but I have high end homes so the cost is worth it. I install it vertical the same as the vinyl. Indestructible and keeps looking good indefinitely. Less expensive in the long run over having to replace vinyl or living with the eyesore.
