Mobile Home either get a Property Manager or Rent to own (both?)
Hi Guys/Gals,
I found a very nice 2 bedroom mobile home in FL and the park allows renting. No work needs to do be done.
I cant decide if I want to hire a property management team to rent it out for me or if I want to hire a real estate agent to sell it on a rent to own basis $1000 down $250 per month over 5 years.
Is it smart to have BOTH options on the table at the same time and whatever happens first go that route?
I live in Chicago so hiring 1 or the other or both would be a must.
If I do a rent to own type deal how do they payments come in?
Thanks for any input.
