Hands-off MHP investing possible?

Has anyone been successful using mobile home property managers with turnaround projects? Looking into an off-market MHP in Scottsboro, AL. Numbers check out, but a lot of the success will be dependent on the on-the-ground property manager.

@Susan Chan Most of the turnaround projects I've heard about involve one of the partners overseeing the management at the site. Someone still needs to hold the property manager accountable and make sure things are getting done. Best of luck with the project!
