Where in the heck do I go to get contracts you MH guys/gals?

I spoke to J-Fed and I may have pissed him off by saying I wasn't interested in his course, but rather just his contracts. Now, being impatient that I am sometimes, I figured I'd just buy his whole course but now his site is getting revamped so no go there.

I have a Lonnie deals e-book someone sent me that has some contracts in it which seem fine but I'm not sure if that's what other guys are doing.

I understand its different from a residential contract being a MH where its a bill of sale. I checked USLegalForms.com and their MH bill of sale was a generic bill of sale form.

Any help?
