Home warranties on mobile homes

I know home warranties work for my condo rental properties. But do they work for park-owned mobile homes/manufactured homes? Thank you!

I spoke with couple companies about their warranties at Louisville Manufactured Housing Show last year and the prices were attractive. However, we did not use them. 

I agree with @Rachel H. it is easier to have a good team of contractors. Unless you have only one POH in your park.
