I'm conducting research here in New England for firms that facilitate MHP residents purchase their Mobile Home Park and transforming the park into a 'Resident Owned Community'.  Can you provide me with Firms who specialize in this type of business.

Hi @Ronald Bourgeois it is an older post but I do not see any responses. I recently listen to @Jefferson Lilly podcast and he interviewed Paul Bradley. They spoke when tenants buy their mobile home park. Episode 52 and 53. They mentioned companies who do it.
