2 deals at once for newbie

I have the opportunity to purchase 2 MHPs about an hour away from each other from 2 different sellers. I have been in the real estate industry for 25 years (property mgmt side) and have owned rental homes but these would be my first MHPs. Should I bother doing due diligence on both small properties at the same time (both around 10 lots each) or just focus on one? Thanks.
