MHP western NY

Anybody have property in Western NY?  I have looked at MHPs in PA, OH, NC, and now one in New York. Are your taxes exceptionally high in that area?

@Michael Marston It is very general and broad question. I highly recommend to be more specific. In addition, there are some counties with low taxes and other with hight taxes.

I was loking at Niagara County. Taxes were at least 50% higher per acre than any other area I have looked at.

There is a reason New York leads the nation in people leaving the state. This is one of many reasons, and I say that as someone who lives in western N.Y.
