Question

I am wondering if anyone has used  any of the packages on MHU  http://www.mobilehomeuniversity.com/If you have  and would be willing to share and or sell it so I can read it, please let me know .

I have purchased multiple packages from Frank and Dave, and honestly I will not sell these to you or anyone because they're worth every penny and an ongoing reference guide for me.

You owe it to them to purchase a full price copy - it's like 50 years of combined experience from some of the largest park owners in the country.  This combined with their forums are unparalleled information for smartly buying a Park.

If you're not sure if buying a Park is for you then read some of the cheaper books on Amazon before spending 500 bucks.  Keep up with the BP and MHU forums too.  You will learn new stuff every day.

You also will have a very hard time establishing an ongoing relationship with Frank and Dave taking that method. That is a very valuable relationship you will want if you stay in this industry. Further, I'm assuming you are flirting with getting into this industry which is a very small one in which most of the serious players know each other. Your reputation will play a part in how successful you become.

If I want to buy a community from someone I know, or who knows me, I often get special concessions and if I tell someone something they trust what I tell them. This is an earned reputation that has made me lots of money over the years. You have decisions to make and if you make honorable ones people will notice.

My consulting company, Rishel Consulting Group, which was and is a late in life endeavor thrives because many people know me and how I operated. Most of our major clients come to us because someone else has suggested they do so, and often a number of people have suggested us to them.

If you are seriously interested in getting into our industry, do the right thing and purchase your materials directly from the source and consider their boot camp as an important step in your education. I don't always agree with everything Frank and Dave preach, but they are a very good starting point for someone new to this industry.

@Nicholas Moffett if someone sends you the Manual they would be required to stop using it, delete all existence of it from their computer, and best practice is to notify the owner so that they may update their records to detail the transaction or new ownership.  This is called "fair use" and simply sharing it is a violation of copyright law (just like with music)...

In summary - @Ken Risheldidn't slander you, he let you know you don't know what you're talking about.  Whether it was intentional or ignorance is for you to figure out.

It is money well spent.  I think what @Ken Rishel says is 100% true.  Even going to the bootcamp you get to hang out with @Frank Rolfe. I have even passed along a couple leads I have came across to other bootcampers that did meet our criteria so some of the most valuable dividends that came out of that are intangibles.

I think you will get this statement from most if not all people go to bootcamp- especially the ones who ended up going down the road of parks ( and helped avoid some of the potholes due to frank/dave)

Here is the thing on that. While I do not always agree with Frank and Dave, I will tell you I would not have written what I did, if they were scam artists. Do you have any idea who they are, or how much they are already worth? Any money you would spend on their courses is pocket change to them.

If you had any doubts about them you could just pose the question, "Who are these guys and are they for real"? You would have had plenty of answers.

Since I created RCG, I have had a number of people here venture the same opinions about our services. This usually comes from people who have no idea who I am, or even why I created RCG - and it wasn't because I needed to make some money.

Your defense of why you wanted to steal intellectual materials just makes me angry and it should not do that because there is no point. Please don't defend questionable behavior by impugning others.

They are legitimate and very very well known. I have talked to many people who have taken their bootcamp. Money well spent is all I have heard.

Your caution with paying for these types of courses is warranted though. There are tons of scams.

Do a search on here for them and you will find plenty of references. Google them too.

@Nicholas Moffett The materials worth every penny as @Jeffrey H. said. If you want to do the business you should have it as your reference guides. Also, as @Rich Ferradino said you can visit the website and get info from there. In addition, I highly recommend joining the MHU forum.

I took 3 day boot camp course and I am happy I did it. Now, I can filter useless deals quickly.
