Permanent Foundation for FHA Loan - Land Home Deals

I have a mobile home on land that has the axles removed, tied down, and towing gear removed but not sure if this is enough to sell to a Buyer for and FHA loan...

Has anyone had to go through the process of certifying that their mobile home is on a permanent foundation prior to finding a suitable buyer?  Any pain points or pre-work worth mentioning to lessen the pain?

Your experiences appreciated...  @Curt Smith

I have moved several over the last few years via FHA with no problems. I bought them from HUD so they already had a case number and had been sold via FHA previously . USDA, VA and FNMA do not lend on MH so being able to go FHA is very beneficial in obtaining a retail price. Owner financing, cash and portfolio banks are doable but limit your pool of buyers or the flexibility of your cash
