Good deal or not...

I have several questions.  The first is how do you determine what a mobile home is worth? How long do they tend to last? I'm looking at a '78 single wide. And also, is it even worth attempting if the home has to be moved? I'd have to move it into a park. How hard is it to level them and set them up on the other end? Thanks.

@Megan Arzt   If it is not free then it is probably not worth it.  Most mobile homes do not last that long.  You can get a used one less than 20 years old at auction for $5000 fairly often.
