Hey BP! I'm helping a friend sale their mobile home in Indiana and looking to connect with some local investors and/or mobile home investors. I have it under contract and we are ready to roll, but no buyer. See my dilemma! If anyone has some local connections that would be great appreciated or may be interested...please reply!
