POH/mobile home insurance carriers you use? self insured?

Hi Folks,

What carrier do you use for insuring for loss do you use?  I own double wides and am paying $300/yr with $5k deductable for a typical yr 2000 double wide on it's own land.  I'm shopping carriers.

I'm also considering self insuring and just carrying blanket liability for my 12 or so double wide rentals.  I'd move to requireing renters to carry renters insurance with proof.  Thiis is in their best interests anyway.   Any suggestions for liability insurance carrier?
