Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to throw an opportunity out if anyone's interested.  We just bought a mobile home park in Spartanburg, SC.  We're looking for someone that will take the 16 homes and fix them up.  Mainly cosmetic work.  Titles will be give free and clear.  Lot rent is $225.  Should be able to pull $500 for rent.  Thanks for looking!
