A great resource is mobile home university .com, they sell a due diligence training that comes with a contract to purchase that many folks / brokers use.  I bought it, good stuff. Been using the contract to offer on parks.  There's a forum up there where the big guys answer MHP questions.

The big dogs, say to skip LOI and write a purchase contract. It serves the same purpose. You go back and forth etc till it's worded ok to both sides then signed. I suggest to skip the LOI.
