Hi, I'm going to buy a park this year if not soon. I'm working with a M&M broker who forwarded a decent unlisted deal near Atlanta. mostly park owned rentals 15% lot rent, individual septic per pad. This is the bad part. City water and master meter and meters on each pad. So park owned piping...

I will buy the Mobile Home University Due Diligence training.
