I currently have a home in Jamul California with a few acres of land. Am I allowed to put a few RV hook ups on the land and rent them out? I cant find any straight answers on my google searches. Thank you in advance.

Quote from @Rachel H.:

@Jake Rodriguez The best thing to do would be to check with your local zoning office. Have the legal description and address of the property with you before you talk to them. They will need that information to look up the zoning and restrictions (if any) on your land.

Tell them what you plan to do and ask if you're allowed to do that with the current zoning of the land. They should be able to answer your question.

If there are restrictions, ask them what you need to do in order to move forward with your plans of putting RV hook ups on the land and rent them out.

Hope that helps!

Rachel, Thank you so much for the response. I'll do that tomorrow! I appreciate it. On another note, do you think my plan is a good idea? What are your thoughts?
