Seller Financing deal
Are mobile home parks a good idea to do seller financing?
16 units, 15 tenants already in place. I haven't discussed terms but seller is willing to finance 100% of deal at 6.5%.
I've never done a deal before but really want to get involved in REI. This seems like a decent way to get started.
Thoughts?
