The seller mentioned wanting to get rid of the property because her Ex Husband is in that town and she is moving out. That's all the information she has given me. Still waiting on a reply as to why. 

i thought it sounded fishy too, but I'm so new a deal like this got me excited. 

She has also ghosted me for 3 days so who knows what she is actually doing.

Are mobile home parks a good idea to do seller financing?

16 units, 15 tenants already in place. I haven't discussed terms but seller is willing to finance 100% of deal at 6.5%.

I've never done a deal before but really want to get involved in REI. This seems like a decent way to get started.

Thoughts?
