Any luck with companies that buy old mobile homes?

Hello,

I am purchasing a mobile home park and looking to remove 23 old mobile homes. Has anybody had any luck with the "we buy mobile home" companies that would remove these?

Also open to any suggestions.

@Sean Hayes Your best bet would be to try contacting other mobile home parks and land owners in the area. They may be willing to take these off your hands if you can negotiate a deal.

Another option is to put an ad up but that can take some time if you do it piece by piece. You might also want to try talking to a few mobile home dealerships in your area to see if they work with any investors who may be interested in a package deal for the homes.

Hope that helps!

@Sean Hayes, contact other park owners/managers in your area or just sell to buyers that will move them either way they will be gone
