Need idea to stop people from parking in driveway
Hi,
I have one building that has a driveway for one car on the side and I use it for myself to park since I come very frequently and I need the space for me to park, A lot of people tend to take advantage since they see probably that at night no one is parked and they keep on parking there cars over there and a sign not to paek isn't affective.
Is there any cheap idea (besides of putting a gate) that can stop a car of rolling into the driveway?
. Thank you
all cars will be towed. then get them towed?
A gate is your best option. You could put up a big sawhorse with a no parking sign at the front to stop them, but they'd probably just move that...or steal it. Otherwise talk to the tenants and tell them not to park there or they will be towed.

Maybe put up signage or paint something in the spot, eg “reserved”
Either way, you need to have it marked out well
There are quite a few similar products on the market, but this one happens to be remote controlled. Personally I would prefer a simple manual version myself, but I'm sure many would like the convenience of a remote controlled option. There are also some simple bollard style posts with a key that just fold down so you can drive over.

I'm joking, but what about an outline of the body with a sign saying this is what happened to the last person that parked in my spot.
Park behind them and leave .
