Way to Customize Dashboard

I may be going crazy from COVID induced cabin fever, but I think that the dashboard has morphed in the past month or so. Mine at least used to show mostly threads that my colleagues had posted in. I really enjoyed that because it was a quick and easy way to see what the really smart people I follow on BP have to say about a host of different topics.

Now it is mainly the trending discussions, what I assume are some sort of targeted threads based off my viewing history, and blog articles with a few threads my colleagues posted in at the bottom that don't seem to change that often.

Is there a setting I'm missing that will let me get rid of the things on my dashboard I'm not interested in (blogs, trending topics, random threads) and get back to the way the dashboard used to be?

Thanks in advance!
