NOTES, TAX LIENS & DEAL MAKING FORUM

Hi, just found out that the forum for notes is now restricted to pro accounts. I tried to answer how to obtain a loan from note equity and how partial payments could be sold, but since I'm not paying something (I guess) to provide advice I can't post there. So if anyone wants to discuss notes you might select another forum that is not intended, initially, for solicitations...I guess.

How will others ask questions on such topics if they can't post? Any suggestions? And, no, I like Josh but frankly I feel my contributions without the expectation of profiting here is enough.
