Regarding Messaging and Friend Request

I get many messages from people who will friend request me and then also ask a question which I would normally respond to. When you get to the page there are only a few options, deny or accept. Josh, can you add an Accept & Reply feature so I can accept their friend request and then reply to them right away as it is a hassle to accept then have to search their name to send them a message.
