Request to Update and add missing Podcast(s) Transcripts

Please update and add-in the missing Podcast Transcripts. 

Why were the transcripts stopped? Do any members here find the BP Transcripts helpful especially if you were new here? 

I recently found a link that has BP Podcasts Transcripts #1 thru #159 and have found it very helpful. Is it possible for BiggerPockets to update and add the missing BP Podcasts Transcripts list from BP#160 to the current BP podcast to this link and in the future?

My reason is I find having the Transcripts very resourceful because they are packed with so much information and easier to refer back to it when a podcast is in print (after listening to a one). Sometimes, I'm not in a position to take notes when listening to a podcast (I might be driving for work) and that's when it's helpful to refer to "the show notes" and "the transcripts" in print when I get home, and can see the "show notes" but not always "the transcripts". I have noticed that "show notes" are always mentioned but never "transcript of the show", maybe not many members know about it and it could be suggested as well to gain interest for members. Especially, when there are so many details or a step by step strategy that was heard and would be easier to follow when it's written in front of you. 

I'm in the process of listening to all the 300 plus podcasts (yes, I'm still a newbie; up to BP podcast#195) also downloading (copy and paste) the available Transcripts for current and future reference it would also be nice to be able to have a complete set of BP Podcast Transcript Encyclopedia.

Please think about this. I'm a huge fan of BiggerPockets.
