Josh or anyone else with in-depth knowledge of the bulletin system here on BP.

I haven't been on for a while, I came across a great article, certainly 'worth' posting in the Bulletins section but it told me I had posted 3 links from the same source already this week?

I wasn't allowed to post it :cry: wasssupwtihthatman?
