Best way to get phone# for the leads

Hello,

Can anyone share with me a good easy way to find a phone numbers for my leads? I've got a preforeclosure list with names and addresses, but no numbers. Tried geoleads from Redex, but most numbers are hit-and-miss, and quite time consuming to be honest.

Any suggestions?
