Tell me more about BP's Prop Mgmt page

Hi,

Is the BP page of Property Managers made up of general listings or must they pass some criteria or recommendation to get listed?

Also - where is the direct link to it located from the bp site? I use this link http://www.biggerpockets.com/property-managers.html but can't seem to find it on the site any longer.
