Cultural Differences and Diversity

I noticed that I have yet to hear a successful African American investor on any of the podcasts. It may not be intentional but it would nice to hear from more than just one majority stream of investors. No, it’s not about color but some diversity would widen the impact of bigger pockets for all cultures interested in real estate.

The great thing about real estate is that it can work for anyone. I think that the lessons learned on the podcast are relevant regardless of ones background.

Still I would love to see more black investors on the podcast. It's motivating for me personally.
