I upgraded to pro but can’t access certain areas

Hey I need some help. I’m a pro member as of a couple of days ago but I’m unable to access certain areas. It pops up and says pro membership required. Well, something like that. Can you guys tell me what I’m doing wrong?

That happens to me as well, but only on the app. If you were on a browser (google, yahoo, etc.) you can access pro section perfectly.
