Hello BP community, my name is Jordan and wanted to say hello finally and also add my thanks for all the incredible information shared on this platform. About me: 24 y/o electrician who has lived in Seattle most of my life. Recently bought a house from my dad, got a decent deal but learned never do business with family. It's an older home with the basement being mostly original (68). 1600sq' 4 bedroom 1.5 bath. I am doing a full remodel downstairs and am doing the work myself. I rent out my downstairs bedroom currently. I wanted to set a lofty goal of being neutral to positive cash flow by the end of the year through increased rent downstairs after the remodel and turning my upstairs bedrooms into airbnb rentals. I have big plans for the next 5 years, I have a great great starting point and with the knowledge available from this site hope to expand with confidence. My knowledge is in the electrical field so feel free to contact me with any questions as I would like to give back to this community.

@Jordan Hawthorn Welcome and congrats on jumping into REI at early age. You will be set on a great trajectory if you stick to your goals.

We are currently looking for an electrician that works in the Everett area to do routine maintenance on our properties. Do you or you company operate in that area and perform residential electrical services?
