Hello fellow investors! My name is Sean and I just moved to Oceanside, CA. I am currently looking for a real estate related job in the area to get my foot in the door. I don't have my RE license yet but am in the process of getting it. If anyone has any suggestions or knows anyone I could work with, it'd be great if you could point my in the right direction!
