I don't think I've had the pleasure of interacting with you in a discussion yet. Looked at your profile....how did the short sales go last year? We are working hard on them at this time.

Wow!, BP member of the week. I'm very honored and surprised.

Hey Bill, I closed 6 shorts last year, three we JV deals and the other three were solo deals. But I used other BP members as transactional funders. Last year was a great year, I built up a really good network of investors, agents, rehabers, lenders, etc. This year I've focused on building the business and outsourcing all the "dirty work".

I've re-focused my investment strategy on rehabs now, so I have not closed any shorts this year, but I actually have one coming up next week.
