Webinar Replay and Can't Post in Webinar Forum

I am wondering where I find the replay to today's December 20th webinar. I did register but something came up and I couldn't watch it. I am not seeing it listed on the webinar page and am thinking that you may send a link in email. Is that correct and if so, how long after the webinar do you send it?

Also, I tried posting this question in the Webinar Discussion Forum but received the message in bold red, "You must have an upgraded account to post in that forum." I have a Pro membership so I'm not sure why I couldn't post. Thanks for your help!
